The Exhibition will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Mulia Resort, located on the lobby level.

The exhibition booths offer companies the advantage of being able to speak directly with the delegates - your potential customers and suppliers. There are three booth sizes available, from the entry level small booths to medium and large booths, which could potentially offer the facility to demonstrate your products to visitors or build a private meeting room.

SHIPPING TARIFF FOR AIRFREIGHT

INWARD HANDLING - PERMANENT IMPORT
(From Airport Arrival up to Denpasar City limit)


A. Basic Import handling Clearance : USD 2.00/Kg (Min 200 Kg)
B. Airport storage : USD 0.30/kg/day (Minimum Charge USD 200.00/shipment)
C. Import License : 3.50% from CIF value (Minimum USD 500.00 per shipment/per AWB)
D. Consignment service charges : USD 200.00/Shipment
E. Delivery charges to site USD 150.00/trip
F. Return empty case to site USD 150.00/trip if Any
G. Onsite Handling charges USD 1.00/Kg (Min USD 200.00)
H. Storage charges at Agility warehouse USD 1.00/Cbm /week (Min USD 35.00) if Any
I. Duty tax as per outlay, if arranged by Agility, 3% from duty tax payable
J. Subject to VAT 10%

The above charges are INCLUDED:
  • Preparation of Import documentation.
  • Customs brokerage fee and inspection handling.
  • Transport / Trucking from Ngurah Rai Airport arrival up to premises Denpasar, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Sanur area.
  • Loading / Un-loading.
  • Venue Management: crating and/or uncrating of wooden crates and one-time positioning of bulky items at booth.

The above charges are EXCLUDED:
  • Insurance (optional = 0.5% of CNF value or minimum USD 50.00/shipment)
  • Heavy Lift Surcharge a required for any package @ more than 1000 kg
  • Trucking to the site outside Denpasar, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Sanur area
  • Providing labor for special assistance



SHIPPING INSTRUCTION

Document Required for Permanent Import:
  • 3 set Combine Customs Invoice & Packing List with the Consignee name mentioned on shipping manual tariff, which value declares per each in USD (FOB)
  • Statement letter that the Exhibitor is participant this events.
  • Original letter of attorney from Importer to Agility, will provide by Agility
  • By Air: Original MAWB (without HAWB. HAWB is allowed for Consolidation shipment with minimum 2 HAWBs in 1 MAWB)

Delivery Deadlines
Copy Document 17 working days before moving in date (10 Sept 2019)
Original Docs 14 working days before moving in date (13 Sept 2019)
Cargo ETA 14 working days before moving in date (13 Sept 2019)

If there is any duties/taxes paid in advance by Agility on behalf of exhibitor will be passed back to exhibitor as per outlay + outlay fee 5% (minimum charge is USD 35.00)


CD (Compact Disc) & USB

Do not send CD (compact disc ) & USB by courier.
CD can send together via cargo with max 10 pcs. Above 10 pcs There will be charge to be quoted with subject to customs approval.

HEAVYLIFT SURCHARGE

Individual exhibit in excess of 1,000 kg per package will incur heavy-lift surcharge (in addition to the basic handling charge).
These additional heavy-lift surcharges are applicable severally for inward movements as well as for outward movements.

DISPOSAL CHARGE

All goods that are left behind at the stand meant for disposal will be cleared / disposed by us and a disposal charge will be imposed.
Disposal charge US$170.00 per consignment per exhibitor

Terms and conditions:

  • Prices include applicable tax.
  • Furniture and equipment are installed on 29 September 2019 afternoon; dismantle on 3 October 2019 evening.
  • Full prepayment is required to secure your order.
  • Payment can be made online by credit card (Visa and Master Card only) or by bank transfer (subject to local bank administration fee USD 35/transaction).
  • Once the order is confirmed, Melali MICE will issue an invoice and submit it to you along with online payment link.
  • The Last Order is on 15 August 2019 (corfirmation is subject to furniture/equipment avaibility).
