Dr Ketut Jaman Highlights the Value of Collaboration
Speaking during the meeting, Dr Ketut Jaman, Co-Founder of Melali Bali Group, emphasised the importance of closer cooperation between Melali Bali Group and The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali, particularly in joint marketing for international and domestic markets.
Dr Jaman said the two organisations have different but complementary strengths that could create greater value and new business opportunities when combined.
“Melali Bali Group and The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali have different strengths, but these strengths are highly complementary. By bringing them together through a well-planned collaboration, we believe we can create greater value and stronger opportunities for both organisations,” said Dr Jaman.
He said this approach reflects the principle of collaboration theory, where organisations combine their resources, knowledge, networks and capabilities to achieve stronger outcomes than they could achieve independently.
“Collaboration is not simply about promoting each other’s products. It is about creating joint value. By combining market access, marketing networks, destination expertise and hospitality products, we can develop new opportunities while offering better choices and experiences to our clients and guests,” he said.
