We offer three distinct service tiers—VVIP Elite, VIP Comfort, and Regular Essentials—each thoughtfully curated to accommodate varying levels of comfort, exclusivity, and convenience.
VVIP Meet & Greet Experience
From Gate to Paradise – Effortless, Exclusive, Exceptional Designed for guests who value privacy, efficiency, and premium service, the VVIP experience begins the moment you disembark.
Our dedicated airport representative will greet you directly at the aircraft gate (avio-bridge) and escort you through all arrival formalities, including Visa on Arrival processing, immigration clearance, and customs procedures—handled with priority and discretion.
While our team manages your luggage collection, you are invited to relax in an exclusive VIP lounge, where premium refreshments such as tea, coffee, Equil mineral water, and light snacks are provided.
Upon completion, you will be escorted to your private vehicle at the designated pick-up area. A traditionally dressed Balinese hostess will present a handcrafted frangipani garland as a gesture of warm welcome.
Your onward journey continues in comfort, with chilled towels and bottled mineral water provided in the vehicle.

At the airport pick-up zone, you will be welcomed by a hostess in elegant Balinese attire, presenting a traditional flower garland as a symbol of hospitality.
Your transfer begins with thoughtful amenities, including chilled towels and bottled drinking water, ensuring a comfortable start to your Bali stay.

Regular Meet & Greet Service

Ideal for travelers seeking a reliable and well-organized arrival service, this option ensures a smooth transition upon landing.
Our team will meet you at the designated airport pick-up zone, holding a personalized signage board for easy identification. A porter will assist with luggage handling, and you will be guided directly to your waiting vehicle.
As part of the Melali experience, guests are welcomed with a frangipani garland presented by a hostess in traditional attire, complemented by bottled water and chilled towels.
